This quiet residential area has many large, private homes on the Gulf. Dolphins
can be seen swimming just feet from the beach and locals catch stone crabs
within sight of the condo. With the absence of commercial properties in Belleair
Beach the only noise you will hear at night is the sound of the surf.
Belleair Beach is a not one of the touristy sections of beach along the Gulf
of Mexico however, there are many food markets, wine shops, restaurants and
boutiques within a few minutes drive.

pool, new luxury kitchen and bathroom, on-site laundry and BBQ grill. The

at the Don Cesar for an afternoon of relaxation and meditation.
And for those athletically oriented guests The Pinellas bike trail, golf,
tennis, and boat, kayak and jet ski rentals are just a short drive away.

mattress topper, 100% cotton sheets, your choice of
goose down comforter or 100% cotton quilt, and your choice of goose down or
foam bed pillows.

For
your comfort there is individually controlled air conditioning in both the
living room and bedroom and for your convenience
we have provided a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, beach chairs, large beach
towels and beach umbrella.
As a bonus we added a top of the line tankless water heater for endless on-demand
hot water, triple filtered water system throughout,
and we use super-heated steam to clean between guests eliminating all concerns
for allergens and bed bugs.
