Check-in time is 2:00pm or later
Check-out time is 11:00am or earlier
Every effort will be made to accommodate special arrival and departure requests that are made in advance.
Nightly and Weekly Rentals
A non-refundable deposit
of 50% or two night minimum (whichever is greater) will be taken on reservations
made at least 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations made 30 or
fewer days prior to arrival must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Reservations for Holidays, Special Events, Conventions and/or extended
stays may be subject to further restrictions including balances due 60
or 90 days prior to arrival..
All reservations are non-refundable and non-cancelable
unless Inn The Quarter is unable to deliver the property originally reserved
or in the event that the city of New Orleans is closed to tourism. Closed
to tourism means that roadways leading into the city of New Orleans are
closed to tourists and all airports within a 100 miles of the city are
closed to tourists.
Any Balance specified
in writing to be due less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid before
check-in in order to obtain entry to the accommodations. Some examples
of charges that may not be due 30 days prior to arrival are extra person
charges, damage deposits, concierge services. Accommodation
charges are always due in advance.
No refunds will be made for extended stays nor stays
coinciding with Holidays, Special Events and Conventions unless Inn The
Quarter is able to re-book the accommodation(s).
Refundable and or cancelable
reservations will require 30 or more days notice (depending on
the season) of cancellation. Please be sure to ask at the time of
booking. All reservations are subject to a minimum $100 cancellation
fee in the event a refund is issued. Processing fees are never refundable.
All but a few of our
properties prohibit smoking indoors. Smoking is generally
permitted on balconies and in courtyards only. Please be forewarned
that any guest who chooses to ignore our smoking restrictions will find
an automatic charge of up to $600.00 made to their credit card to cover
additional cleaning and out of service room charges. If you are
a smoker, please consult us regarding the rules governing your selected
guest unit(s).
All properties other than the Townhouse Suites have a
10pm or 11 pm to 8am curfew on the use of the balconies, porches and courtyards.
You may still come and go whenever please.
No unauthorized parties. No unescorted Guests. No overnight Guests if you will exceed the capacity of your reservation
Your arrival information,
including airline and flight number, should be provided
at least one week in advance or as soon as possible.
Groups of 6 or more must also provide a Guest List that
includes the names and cell phone numbers for all people they intend to
have stay in the unit(s) they have reserved. This information must
arrive at our office at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
