Magnolia Suites

At the rear of Townhouse III are four guest units we call the Magnolia Suites

This consists of 2 two-story, two bedroom suites and 2 one bedroom apartments.
The courtyard these units share is furnished with tropical plants, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and access to a BBQ grill can be arranged upon request.

There is also a coin operated washer dryer and soda machine on site for your convenience.
The Magnolia Suites Guests have free access to a large pool shared by all our Townhouses as well as gated off-street parking (please inquire about parking rates). 
Both pool and parking are located 1/2 block from the Magnolia Suites

The Magnolia Suites are rented in combination for
a maximum 20 guests total

Two Bedroom Suite #1
On the courtyard level this two story suite has a small living room with fridge, coffee maker and microwave plus one bedroom containing one Double bed.  On the second floor is 1 full bath and another bedroom, with 2 Double beds.
Cable television, secure wireless internet, air conditioning.
Maximum 6 guests

Two Bedroom Cottage #2
As with two bedroom suite #1, the courtyard level this two story suite has a small living room with fridge, coffee maker and microwave plus one bedroom containing one Double bed. 
On the second floor is 1 full bath and 1 bedroom, with 2 Double beds.
Cable television, secure wireless internet, air conditioning.

One Bedroom Apartment #1
This split level one bedroom apartment has a living room with sofa, chairs and sleeping alcove containing one Double bed, kitchen and bathroom on the main floor. From the living room there is a full staircase to the sleeping loft where you'll find a second Double bed.

One Bedroom Apartment #2
As with one bedroom apartment #1, this one bedroom apartment has a living room with sofa, chairs and sleeping alcove containing one Double bed, kitchen and bathroom on the main floor. From the living room there is a full staircase to the sleeping loft where you'll find a second Double bed.

While this property primarily hosts New Orleans Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties, it is Family friendly and can accommodate up to 20 people in total.
We do not rent these units individually when booking more than 14 days in advance
