All Guests will have an opportunity to join a volunteer project with Habitat for Humanity.

Friday evening October 17, 2008
All Guests are invited to the > rehearsal dinner which is scheduled for 6:30pm
This will take place at the Columns Hotel 3811 St Charles Avenue in the Uptown neighborhood
There is a streetcar stop at this location

Saturday October 18, 2008
All Guests are invited to take part in a one and a half hour Big Easy Harbor Cruise aboard the Paddlewheeler Creole Queen. Enjoy the Captain's narration as you cruise down the Mighty Mississippi River past the historic French Quarter, Jackson Square , St. Louis Cathedral and the French Market.and through one of the world's busiest ports.
Boarding will begin at 2:30pm and your cruise departs at 3:00pm
Cash bar.

Sunday October 19, 2008
6:00pm > the wedding ceremony will take place at the Beaureguard-Keyes House located at 1113 Chartres Street between Ursulines and Governor Nicholls Streets with the reception to follow directly at the Palm Court Jazz Cafe
located at 1204 Decatur Street between Governor Nicholls and Barracks Streets in the French Quarter.
These venues are within 2 block walk of each other.

Other individual and group tours are available upon request.

Lamothe House Hotel

Esplanade Avenue between Royal and Chartres Streets
Located on the border between the French Quarter and Faubourg Marigny

Taste a little history without spending a fortune! Nestled in the ancient oaks of Esplanade Avenue, this 1830’s townhouse makes the perfect spot to begin and end your days of French Quarter discovery. The Lamothe House has twenty accommodations on the main property -- eleven guest rooms and nine suites, all furnished with antiques, many with decorative fireplaces and other architectural features. Some accommodations face the inner courtyard, overlooking the goldfish pond, and there are even a few adjoining rooms for visitors traveling together. All guestrooms offer private baths, free cable TV, air-conditioning, radio alarm clocks and telephones. There are ten more rooms at the Marigny Guest House , a Creole cottage across the street from the main building. Furnishings at this cozy cottage are a mix of antiques and reproductions, and guests here can enjoy full use of all common areas in the main building, the courtyard and of course, the pool.

Stretch limousine service to and from the airport will be available on a first come first serve basis at the rate of $36 for up to 3 people or $12 per person for 4 or more passengers.
