Rampart Suites
New property!!
Situated on the second floor of a gated 2 story building overlooking The French Quarter, North Rampart Street, and the streetcar are three private 1BR King Suites.
To one side of the property is a hotel, to the other side is a 24 hour convenience store and across the street is the streetcar and a fabulous champaign bar! As soon as you cross the street you are officially in the French Quarter and 3 blocks later (4 minute walk) you will be on Bourbon Street. Frenchmen Street is also just a 7 minute walk from the front door.
Each of the three Suites has its own private entrance; 1 bedroom with
King bed; Full Bathroom with tub/shower combination and shampoo, conditioner
and soap dispenser; open plan kitchen/dining/living room; air conditioning,
ceiling fans, smart TV and Wifi access.
Suites 1 and 2 share an entry and stairway from the outside but once you reach the staircase landing each suite has a separate entrance. When the doors to these two Suites are open you have a 2BR, 2BA Suite set up.
The third Unit, Suite 3, has a separate stairway and entrance from the courtyard.
These
Three Suites may be rented individually, as a 2BR option including Suites
1 and 2 only, or a 3BR option which includes all three Suites.
